02 July 2023 - Fears over surge in anti-social behaviour in New Ash Green and emergence of huge laughing gas cannisters
Clean up of car park at New Ash Green found a large number of Nitrous Oxide canisters, including many large cans and the small bullet shaped ones.  People unsure whether it is linked to recent upsurge in anti-social behaviour in the shopping centre

31 July 2023 - New owners of New Ash Green Shopping Centre promise much needed enhancements
New owners revealed to be LTP (New Ash) Limited.  Agents KMP Solutions promised some enhancements shortly. Local councillor said they believed demolition was less likely now.  (Additional reporting) LTP (New Ash) Limited have registered 2 mortgages over the shopping centre to a company called The Button Corporation LImited who are based at the London address as LTP.

21 August 2023 - The highest and lowest patient rated Dartford GP surgeries in 2023
Results of NHS Patient Satisfaction survey places Jubilee Medical Centre in Longfield/New Ash Green in 8th place out of the 10 surgeries in the Dartford area for overall patient satisfaction, with a score of 88.08%.  The range for the borough was 84-97%.

30 August 2023 - Anger over housing plan on green belt site next to Corinthian Sports Club in Fawkham
FC Starke Ltd propose to demolish one barn and convert 3 others at Gay Dawn Farm, into 8 x 4 bedroom houses and 1 x 3 bedroom house.  They claim they are no longer needed for agricultural use.  Fawkham Parish Council argue that it is not a sustainable location and if they were to be built the local need is for small houses.
