Although there are signs that the rate of increase in recent years has slowed to more like 3-4%. It has been a record year for £1 million + properties with 3 busting into 7 figures - Leichvesta (£1.3m) and The Willows (£1.175m), Church Road, and Elizabeth Cottage (£1.3m), Gorse Way.
